Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) is a ground handling company that provides a wide range of services to airlines at airports across India. AIATSL is currently looking to hire for the following positions at its Varanasi station:

• Customer Service Executive

• Ramp Service Agent

• Handyman

• Ramp Service Executive

Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and airline staff at the airport. Duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting passengers

• Answering questions about flight information and other airport services

• Handling customer complaints

• Providing information about the city and tourist attractions

Ramp Service Agent

The Ramp Service Agent will be responsible for loading and unloading aircraft, as well as providing ground support services such as fueling and cleaning. Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading aircraft cargo and baggage

• Fueling aircraft

• Cleaning aircraft

• Assisting with aircraft maintenance

Handyman

The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at the airport. Duties will include:

• Repairing and maintaining airport equipment

• Performing minor construction and maintenance tasks

• Cleaning and maintaining airport grounds

Ramp Service Executive

The Ramp Service Executive will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the ramp service team. Duties will include:

• Supervising the loading and unloading of aircraft

• Coordinating with airlines and other airport staff

• Ensuring that all ramp operations are carried out safely and efficiently

To be eligible for any of these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen of India

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have a valid driver's license

• Be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
